RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them exactly how they were received (unworn, with original packaging). If the delivered goods have defected, then the buyer should call the customer care for return or exchange within the 72 hours of delivering the goods. Our decision will be the final decision regarding the return or exchange of goods.It is compulsory to abide by the following rules in the case of returning the product.
- Please inform us within 72 hours of receipt of the order via email or phone call.
- Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then, it is up to the discretion of the APKA INTERIORS PRIVATE LIMITED Quality control team to decide whether the product is approved for return.
- Once we have received an e-mail or call notifying us of your concern with the product image and our Quality Control team has authorized the return we will inform you of the most mutually convenient return method.
- APKA INTERIOR PRIVATE LIMITED will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:
- Genuine quality issues.
- Packages lost in transit.
- Clear image required
- Need to retain the original packaging.
- In case APKA INTERIOR PRIVATE LIMITED Quality control team discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
- Refund will be processed only in initial mode of payment
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- No returns acceptable for wood finish or grains/ knots in wood furniture
- No returns would be acceptable for looks/ polish in Vintage products
- No returns for loose /cut threads in certain fabrics
- No returns for thickness unless in case of discrepancy with what is mentioned on website
- Chandeliers and lamps to be self-assembled. No returns will be accepted for lack of assembly service
- No returns would be accepted for shape & size unless discrepant to that mentioned on website
